With a strong workforce of 100+ skilled engineers stationed across globe, a wholly owned subsidiary at Shanghai, China and its strategic partners at France and Japan, IAST has been a trusted development partner for top global automotive companies.

2018

Company Founded in Bangalore, India

Incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), India, as a Private Limited company. Commercial operations were initiated through a trusted partner in France.

2019–20

Headquarters Inaugurated in Bangalore

The Bangalore headquarters was inaugurated. We secured our first large AUTOSAR project in the electrification domain, and the team expanded to 40+ embedded engineers.

2021

Expansion Across Europe and India

Expanded support for a growing customer base across Europe and India. The team grew to 70+ embedded engineers, with dedicated teams established for system engineering, cybersecurity, and functional safety.

2022–23

Major Autonomous Program & Global Expansion

Secured a large autonomous driving project from a French OEM. The organization grew to 100+ embedded engineers. Key compliance certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and TISAX were established. Offices were inaugurated in Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) and Shanghai (China).

2024–26

Next-Generation SDV Programs

Acquired a large Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) central gateway project from a North American OEM. The organization expanded to 150+ embedded engineers. Innovation programs were launched, membership in the Eclipse SOAFEE consortium was achieved, and operations commenced in Pune, India.
